The Data Controller processes identifying personal data (name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, email, bank and payment details) provided during the conclusion of contracts.

Processing is carried out using paper, electronic, and automated tools. Data is stored for the time strictly necessary (maximum 10 years from the termination of the relationship for Service Purposes; maximum 2 years from collection for Marketing Purposes).

Data is accessible to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller. It may be communicated to judicial authorities, supervisory bodies (e.g., IVASS), or insurance companies where required by law. Your data will not be disseminated.

Personal data is stored on servers located in Italy, within the European Union.
6. Nature of Data Provision
Provision of data for Service purposes (A) is mandatory for the provision of services. Provision of data for Marketing purposes (B) is optional: you may decide not to provide the data or deny processing at any time without affecting the main services.
